Imeca Process is able to provide its clients with all necessary spare parts to ensure the continuing functionality of the machinery. This applies to both oenology and agri-food product units.
Our fully trained technicians are available to help in identifying the correct replacement parts required.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Imeca Process Technical Services Department is available to maintain and repair the entire range of products we manufacture.
Service cover is increased during harvest time to allow us to rapidly respond to any technical problems our customers may experience.
The chief technician is available year round to assist with the repair of your machinery, arrange for it to be reset prior to the harvest, give advice or reply to any questions you may have.
For installations outside of France, we can provide all necessary spares and the possibility of on site repairs by our fully trained technicians.
